Food&fun
The annual Food & Fun Festival in Reykjavík is from
March 12th to March 16th 2025.
Sushi Social will participate in the festival and we are really exited to
welcome this years guest chef Mattia Ricci the head chef of Sexy Fish in London.
Mattia was born in Italy and started working in a kitchen when he was only 14 years old.
He moved to London at the age of 20 working for Michelin chef Giorgio Locatelli and then in the restaurant Zuma where he fell in love with Asian cuisine.
From there, under the mentorship of chef Bjoern Weissgerber, he found him self in Albert Adria kitchen in Barcelona in 2018 before eventually taking on his role as head chef of Sexy Fish in London.
