On the Tuna Festival we offer exiting courses made with a hole blue fin tuna,
specially imported for us from the Spanish company Balfego.
Balfego is run by fifth generation of a large tunafish fisherman family from
The Tuna from Balfego is sunstainable with ICCAT cerificate and fully traceable.
Accompanying the tuna is the cutting master Nobuyuki Tajiri and he will cut and
prepare the fish in Sushi Social.
